To ensure you choose the right size, we invite you to take your measurements. Take your measurements directly on the body, without tightening:
- Chest measurement: taken horizontally at the widest point.
- Waist measurement: Place the tape measure around the smallest part of your abdomen, usually 1 centimeter above your belly button. Stand up straight and breathe normally.
- Hip circumference: Pass the tape measure around the widest point below the waist, usually at the buttocks.
- The neck strap: Taken above the Adam's apple.
